A K M Jahangir Hossain (18 January 1954 – 24 December 2020) was a Bangladeshi politician, former Member of Parliament of Patuakhali-3 constituency. Hossain was elected to Parliament from Patuakhali-3 in 1991, 1996, 2001, 2014 and 2018 as a Bangladesh Awami League candidate. He was made the State Minister of Textile and Jute in 1998 in the First Sheikh Hasina Cabinet. He did not receive the nomination for 2008 general election from Bangladesh Awami League for his support for reforms in the league during the 2006–08 Bangladeshi political crisis. The nomination went to Golam Maula Rony. In 2013 he was removed from all committees of Bangladesh Awami League. He was elected to Parliament from Patuakhali-3 on 5 January 2014.

He was also member of incumbent Awami League central executive committee and was general secretary of Chhatra League, the student wing of AL, for 1981-1983 Committee.

Jahangir and his wife tested positive for Covid-19 on December 2, 2020 and were admitted to BSMMU on December 4. He passed away on December 24, 2020.
