Nicolo' Andreula (born 16 July) is an Italian strategy and leadership development expert, an economist and university lecturer. He is a global expert in strategy and public policies related to digital technologies and innovative business models. In 10+ years of work experience, he served as Senior Manager for McKinsey & Company in London, Principal for AlphaBeta in Singapore and now Managing Director of Disal Consulting in Italy, where he is currently based.

He has led projects and conducted studies for Google, Microsoft, Uber, Netflix, the World Economic Forum, the Governments of France and China, as well as global media companies and pan-european banks.

His researches have been featured on the Harvard Business Review, Forbes and the Financial Times. His first book, “Flow Generation”, has been on Amazon Best Seller list categories in 2019. He has presented in high profile events held at the Japanese House of Representatives, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, APEC SOM Meeting in Vietnam.

He holds a MBA from INSEAD Business School and a MSc. in Economics from Bocconi University, and he is currently teaching at the Nanyang Business School in Singapore, IE in Madrid and H-Farm in Venice, where he is also the Scientific Director of a Master’s in Digital Entrepreneurship.

He is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute in Italy and Raisina Dialogue in India. He is also the Founder of the Global Shapers Hub in Bari, his hometown.
