Dr. Md. Rustum Ali Faraji (born 21 March 1952) is a Bangladeshi politician, physician and incumbent Member of Parliament representing Pirojpur-3 constituency. He has been a member of Bangladesh Nationalist Party, Jatiya Party (Ershad) and as an independent candidate. He won the parliamentary elections a total of five times i.e. 7th-1996-12, 8th-2001, 9th-2008, 10th-2014, 11th-2018 national election.
Faraji was born in Mathbaria Upazila of Pirojpur district. He passed MBBS from Sir Salimullah Medical College. He was a professional physician before entering politics. He was elected to the parliament from Pirojpur-3 constituency as a Jatiya Party candidate in 1996 and as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) candidate in 2001 and 2008. He was elected to Parliament on 5 January 2014 from Pirojpur-3 as an independent candidate. He was then a member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Accounts. He was elected to Parliament on 2018 from Pirojpur-3 as a Jatiya Party (Ershad) candidate.
Faraji founded a degree college named Dr. Rustum Ali Faraji Degree College at Uttar Sonakandi of Mathbaria upazila in 2001.
