Professor Dr. Kamrul Hasan Khan (born 12 March 1955) is a Bangladeshi pathologist, academic and freedom fighter who served as the 7th Vice Chancellor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU). He actively participated in all the physicians, professionals, citizens and democratic movements in this country. After the Ekushey August grenade attack, he formed a professional coordination council with all the progressive professional organizations in the country. As the secretary general of this organization, he played an important role in the needs of the country.

Khan was born in Bhavandatta village of Ghatail Upazila of Tangail District. He passed his MBBS from Mymensingh Medical College in 1982. He then joined government service as a medical officer in 1984. He later joined IPGMR (later renamed BSMMU) in 1991. His elder brother, Mamunur Rashid, is a playwright and theater activist.

Khan played an important role in the mass uprising of the 90's as the general secretary of the Dhaka Medical College Teachers' Association in 1990. He served as the general secretary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Teachers Association (BSMMUTA) from 1999 to 2015. Do a study titled 'Effects of Topical Application of Ethylene Glycol on Rats'. Khan is a two-time elected Vice President, twice organizational secretary of the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA), former joint secretary of the BCS Central Coordination Council (26 cadre), a member of the Working Council of the Progressive Association of Bangladesh Environmental Movement (BAPA) and engineers, agronomists and physicians, Central In-Service Joint Trainee Physician Council. He served as a life adviser and Founder of Sandhani. He was President of Sandhani National Eye Donation Society for twice. He was Senate Member of DU, Councilor of BMDC Executive Member of BMRC.

Khan served for the second time as the South Asia Vice-President of the Nobel Peace Prize-winning organization IPPNW (1985) and ICAN (2017) . He is now elected Deputy Speaker and Board Member of IPPNW.He has published about 25 scientific articles and published about 50 articles of different social and political issues in daily newspapers. His two books also published by Agamee publishers.He was awarded the 7th Asia, Education Excellence Award in 2016 for his significant contribution to medical education in Bangladesh.
